Hangar has 15 years of experience in transforming ideas into final products through our tried and tested prototyping process. It starts with reviewing your idea with our design team in an in-person meeting to share general goals and discuss strategies. Our prototyping process may then include approval drawings, 3D printed test parts or mock-ups, material and detail studies, full-scale working prototypes, assembly drawings, shop drawings, individual part drawings, as well as building relationships with our trusted and valued local vendors. As a result of this process, we deliver a final product with associated production drawings and other necessary assets specific to your product. Hangar can then produce this product for you as one-off items or in small-batch production.
